Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Photos or videos may be required for verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.
  • Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if replacement stock is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
